We do a complete load of the OS (and then remove) and fully test all components of the server including CPU, RAM, NICS, USB ports, and all hard drive bays to ensure everything is working properly. All hardware components in your order. If any component is malfunctioning, our technicians will work with you by telephone to diagnose and replace the faulty part right away. The replacement part will include a return label for you to send the malfunctioning one back at our cost, after you install the replacement.
